Before sending in your request – please be sure you have already checked the following:
1. That you are logged in (Look to the right and if you see a prompt to log in, you are not logged in)
2. If you are using Internet Explorer, please try Firefox or Chrome. Things should work, however Internet Explorer often has its own way of doing things which sometimes breaks websites in unexpected ways. For sure if you are not using the latest version of Internet Explorer, then an upgrade may do the trick.
3. Make sure you are connected to the Internet on a broadband or 4g mobile connection. Video streaming requires enough bandwidth, so if you are on a slow connection, you may not be able to stream / live stream without some buffering or choppy playback.
If the above suggestions didn’t work – then we thank you for taking the time to let us know what’s not working. Chances are if you’re having trouble, someone else may be as well and so we appreciate knowing about bugs as soon as possible.
To minimize the time it takes to trouble-shoot the bug, please be as thorough as you can in your description.
For example: “My Streaming doesn’t work, help!” — can only result in our emailing back a request for more information.
Instead please describe the steps you took, and at which step something stopped working.
