Reverend Dr. Cheryl J. Ward is a dynamic, vibrant presence and master teacher currently serving as the Dean of Agape University since 2006. Under Dr. Cheryl’s leadership, the University stands out in the New Thought field as an energetic and transformative learner-centered paradigm of instruction. Dr. Cheryl is a strong advocate for classes that emphasize personal spiritual transformation, stressing insights, revelation, and application of spiritual principles.
Besides being a wonderful teacher, she is a practitioner of spiritual law. She is committed to spreading the teachings of New Thought Ancient Wisdom, incorporating the wisdom of the ages into modern day terms that are understandable and undeniable.
Rev. Dr. Cheryl teaches Legal Issues and Ethics in the Agape Ministerial Program.
Rev. Cheryl has a deep love of God and love for Spiritual Truth Principles that undergird Life itself. She is able to explain these teachings in clear, concise ways that enable students to put into them into practice in their daily lives.
She is the author of several articles including “Ten Keys to Prosperity,” “Alive, but Dying to Live,” and The Life Experiment Process™. Reverend Dr. Cheryl received an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Rev. Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith in 2014.
Rev. Cheryl is the originator and creator of the Oath of Manifestation™ used by the Agape International Spiritual Center during its 28th anniversary. She continues to give workshops on using the Oath of Manifestation.
For many years Rev. Dr. Cheryl practiced law, utilizing spiritual principle and spiritual laws to assist her in case preparation and planning. This year she celebrates 40 years as a member of the California State Bar! Honored for her dedication and leadership by her peers in the practice of law, Rev. Cheryl was inducted onto the Langston Bar Association Hall of Fame in 2011.
