The Movement of Agape is Agape’s Dance and Movement Ministry. As a part of the Music and Arts Ministry our mission is “to come together to celebrate our Universal Oneness through Movement and Dance.”
The Movement of Agape (MOA) performs original dance works at Agape as well as in the greater community, and we also offer a variety of yoga and movement classes for the Agape community and the community at large. We utilize a variety of dance styles in our repertory including Modern, Ballet, Improvisation, Jazz, and African Dance. MOA performs tirelessly at Agape, and are extremely grateful and honored to contribute to Sunday and Wednesday services, Memorial services, as well as Agape’s Special Events.
Right at the dynamic center of Agape International, MOA believes in dance and movement for everyone! Each month, MOA also offers an exciting variety of yoga and movement classes for the Agape community and the community at large. Classes are offered on a love donation basis and are taught by fully insured, experienced, and certified professional instructors. Join us before and after Wednesday services or each Saturday for fitness and movement classes such as Dance technique, Pilates w/ Intentional Purpose, Hatha Yoga, Vippassana (Insight) Yoga, Zumba, African Dance for Self Confidence, Tango and Dance it Out (DIO) to name a few.
